1. Stand tall with your feet together.

Quickly drop down into the bottom position of a squat.

2. Quickly drop down into the bottom position of a squat.

Pop right back up to the start position and repeat.

3. Pop right back up to the start position and repeat.

Remember, don't let your feet go much wider than shoulder-width when dropping into the bottom squat position. Look ahead with your chest lifted throughout the exercise.
