Описание

Start with feet together and arms down. Step to the right with your right leg, lift up your left arm toward the high corner, and with a bent elbow lift up your right fist and start cranking it in a lasso motion, all at the same time. Give the lasso about 2 quick rotations then fling it around to meet the left arm as you clap your hands together. Now, leave your left arm where it is and retract your right arm toward the right. Shoot the right arm straight out to the right at shoulder-height while stepping your left leg in to meet the right and bring your left arm down by your side.
