Описание

Stand while holding a barbell with a shoulder-width, overhand grip. Rest the bar on the front of your thighs. Inhale. Draw your shoulders down and stick your chest out. Exhale as bent your elbows and pull the bar towards your chin. Stop when the bar is level with your lower or middle chest. Hold for a moment then inhale as you lower the bar to the starting position. Repeat.
