Slight change in the workout. Did a declined chest press instead of tbe flat chest press. Dumbells used of 10 kg cirst round then 15 kg second round. Feels great and chest started now to show up even if I did not do a workout.

It was too easy as I went with the wrong weights. It was: 5 sets each is 15 reps. Weights were (5-7.5-10-12.5-12.5) Kg
