I would think stretching more often find out new stretching techniques should do some good. Give it a shot

(Sorry if this isn't much help, i dont know have much knowledge in gymnastics) but i stretch everyday and usually focas on my hamstring, shoulders and waist. Iv been doing this for a while and i got more flexible but thats just me. Just try stretching on the areas you feel are necessary
