drink a squeezed juice of ginger..this method is all natural but not mentioned by any doctor because they were relieng to much in medicine..this is herbal medicine..trust me its proven and tested.. :)
Meeeee toooo, severe back pain! I deff make sure I do a lot of strecthing before any long walks or work outs. Also take a One a Day vitamin and heat is good to sooth or ease pain but don't relie on it or you'll find your body more achy. Good luck
