Hi guys im new at the comunity and its very nice to read all these incredible posts from you, i just wanted to ask if someone knows how can i recover some lung capacity, i dont really smoke that much, its like 1 pack a week but i do really smoke a lot of hookah and drink too much alcohol, beer and stuff, is there any way i can get more lung capacity? By the way i live in a big neighborhood and here at the "club" where theres a pool and stuff we have a sauna, does it work to get more "air" haha?

Elevation training mask it works like a charm you can find them on amazon for abou $60 just make sure to start on the lowest setting to get used to it and dont do a super intense work out to start take it slow
