I have a problem with the Pro version. I buy this, but all programs are blocked. Why? The message is: "An error occurred. Please refresh..."
But when i refresh nothing change. Why? Sorry for my bad english!

Contact their support team. Did you clear cache on the application under settings?

Also, are you sure the payment went through?

Pri version only gets limited stuff the pro+ version entitesyou to all programs. Not sure if that is what you mean
