I've been trying to eat more fish recently and I just can't find a way to cook it to my taste. I tried catfish and salmon with a little butter, garlic and lemon but I still didn't like it. Is there a way to make it more palatable or can I get away with canned tuna and get the same results?
Blitz some stale bread into crumbs and mix with a little pesto. Spread on top, with tiny bit of grated cheese if you want. Pop in oven to cook. It goes all crunchy on top and is delicous!
Marinate salmon in soy, honey and garlic...then grill or griddle it. Add ginger too if you like it.
