U have to lose weight ....overall body eventually the shoulders would also become thin
Vertical and lateral fly's. Overhead press. Pullups. Rows. These should be plenty to get u good and started. Good luck
With a barbell, working up the weight with Strict presses & Push presses lots of reps and sets. Always stuck with dumbells etc but since using a barbell with progressive weight has dramactically slammed on "shoulders like boulders". Try some Strict Handstand push ups...hope this helps
