Hi all, I need to increase my lower back flexibility. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to get a deeper back bend or bridge? I'll be performing on the Lyra in my next show (November 1) and all the poses will look better if I can get more flexible. Thanks!

I would suggest you do some yoga poses like the cobra pose and bow poses for the lower back.
